Varicocele is the dilation and varicose veins of the venous plexus of the testicle.

- Pain and discomfort in the testicle
- Swelling in the testicle
- Infertility
- More common in the left testicle
Reasons
Venous insufficiency, renal vein compression.
Diagnosis
Physical examination, Doppler ultrasound.
Treatment
Analgesics, varicocelectomy, embolization.
