Definition
Goodpasture syndrome is an autoimmune disease characterized by anti-GBM antibodies affecting the lungs and kidneys.

- Bloody sputum

Diagnosis
Anti-GBM antibody test, kidney biopsy.
Treatment
Plasmapheresis, immunosuppressives.
