Gigantism is a disease characterized by excessive height growth as a result of excessive growth hormone secretion before the growth plates close in childhood.

- Excessive height growth

Growth hormone-secreting pituitary adenoma that develops in childhood.
Diagnosis
IGF-1 level, growth hormone suppression test, pituitary MRI.
Treatment
