Fanconi anemia is a rare genetic disease characterized by congenital anomalies, progressive bone marrow failure and cancer predisposition.
Symptoms
- Congenital anomalies (skeletal, renal)

- Skin hyperpigmentation
- Increased risk of cancer
Reasons
Mutation in DNA repair genes.
Diagnosis
Chromosome fragility testing, genetic testing.
Treatment
Bone marrow transplantation, androgen therapy.
