Definition

Tetralogy of Fallot is a complex congenital heart disease in which four different heart anomalies occur together.

Symptoms

  • Bruising (cyanosis)
  • Shortness of breath
  • Squatting position
  • Growth retardation

Reasons

Congenital developmental disorder.

Diagnosis

Echocardiography, angiography.

Treatment

Surgical repair, palliative shunt.
