At a meeting organized by our hospital administration, our University Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmut AK met with the heads of departments and provided comprehensive information regarding current administrative and academic processes.
The meeting was also attended by our Hospital's Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Sefa RESİM, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Prof. Dr. Hafize ÖKSÜZ, and our University's Secretary General İbrahim PALABIYIK.
The meeting addressed healthcare delivery processes, planning of academic activities, quality studies, performance indicators, and institutional goals. Emphasis was also placed on strengthening coordination between departments, increasing multidisciplinary collaboration, and taking steps to improve patient satisfaction.
In his speech, Prof. Dr. Mahmut AK emphasized the importance of a culture of shared understanding and consultation for the sustainability of institutional development, stating that the contributions of department heads play a decisive role in the scientific and clinical success of the university hospital.
