As part of our hospital's educational management procedures, an "Orientation Training" was given to students from KSU Health Services Vocational School, Faculty of Health Sciences, and Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Social Services, who will begin their internships at the hospital in the spring semester of 2025-2026, on February 23, 2026, between 09:00 and 14:30.
The purpose of the training is to provide the students who will practice at KSÜ Health Practice and Research Hospital with the personal development of professional and behavioral dimensions, to develop their knowledge and skills, to create an environment of communication and collaboration, to provide the ability to teach what is learned, to ensure that current information is reflected in treatment, follow-up, and care, to contribute to the management's strategic decisions, to work within a team in line with a quality-oriented service approach, and to ensure patient and employee satisfaction.
