A Professional and Social Communication Training seminar was held at our hospital. A significant training program aimed at improving the communication skills of healthcare professionals was implemented. Yıldız Technical University Dr. Mehmet Fatih Akbaba gave a professional and social communication seminar to the academic and administrative staff of Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University (KSÜ) Faculty of Medicine Hospital and Faculty of Dentistry Hospital.
The seminar, held at the KSÜ Health Practice and Research Hospital Conference Hall, was attended by KSÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Alptekin YASIM, Faculty of Medicine Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Sefa RESİM, General Secretary İbrahim PALABIYIK, and numerous academic and administrative personnel.
The training program aimed to strengthen healthcare professionals' professional communication skills, communicate more effectively with patients and their relatives, and develop their communication competencies in social life.
The two-day training was met with great interest from participants, highlighting the importance of communication in healthcare. The program concluded with a group photo following the presentation of certificates.
