The "Turkish Urology Association – Turkish Andrology Association Kahramanmaraş Andrology Training Program," organized by the Andrology Department of the Urology Division at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University Faculty of Medicine, in collaboration with the Turkish Urology Association and the Turkish Andrology Association, was successfully held on January 10, 2026, at Başkonuş Plateau in Kahramanmaraş.
The program, which featured leading academics in the field from Türkiye, addressed current diagnostic and treatment approaches to andrology, sexual dysfunction, and infertility through scientific sessions, video presentations, and case discussions.

In speeches given by our University Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmut Ak, the importance of continuous education, scientific collaborations, and experience sharing in the field of andrology was emphasized.
Within the scope of the program, Professor Dr. Ateş Kadıoğlu, Honorary President of the Turkish Urology Association and the Turkish Andrology Association, was presented with a plaque by our University Rector, Professor Dr. Mahmut Ak, for his scientific contributions to our university and country in the fields of andrology and urology. The plaque ceremony was received with great interest by the participants.
Within the scope of the scientific program, Peyronie's disease, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, regenerative medicine applications, and current approaches to infertility were comprehensively evaluated by expert speakers. With high participation and interactive discussions, the program provided a productive academic environment.
Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Mahmut Ak, who also attended the social event organized within the scope of the training program, expressed his satisfaction that our university and hospital host such high-quality scientific organizations, stating that these types of events make significant contributions to academic development and the quality of healthcare services.
