Within the scope of our hospital’s education management process, “Orientation Training” was given to the students of KSÜ Health Services Vocational School, Göksun Vocational School Medical Services and Techniques Department, Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Health Management Department, who will be applying in the hospital in the 2025-2026 fall semester, on 10.10.2025, between 08:30 and 14:30.
The purpose of the training is to provide the students who will practice at KSÜ Health Practice and Research Hospital with the personal development of professional and behavioral dimensions, to develop their knowledge and skills, to create an environment of communication and collaboration, to provide the ability to teach what is learned, to ensure that current information is reflected in treatment, follow-up, and care, to contribute to the management's strategic decisions, to work within a team in line with a quality-oriented service approach, and to ensure patient and employee satisfaction.
