“Training on "Advanced Life Support (CPR) and Drugs Used in CPR"

 

 Within the scope of our hospital’s training management, the training on “Advanced Life Support (CPR) and Drugs Used in CPR” was given by KSÜ Faculty of Medicine, Department of Emergency Medicine Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammed Semih GEDİK and the Emergency Service Team on 05.12.2025 between 09:00-10:00 in the hospital conference hall.

          The training began with an opening remarks by Associate Professor Dr. Hakan HAKKOYMAZ, a faculty member in the Department of Emergency Medicine, in observance of "December 1-7 Emergency Health Services Week." A video on the subject, shot by the emergency services team, was shown, followed by a presentation by Associate Professor Dr. Muhammed Semih GEDİK.

          The Emergency Team, chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammed Semih GEDİK, provided questions and answers to scientific, current, and field-related problems, and offered solutions and shared information.

          The training was met with great interest from hospital administrators, department faculty, research assistant doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals. A raffle was held for participants at the end of the training. The program concluded with the presentation of a book and uniform, "Emergencies and First Aid Guide," prepared by the faculty members of the Department of Emergency Medicine.
