Certificates of Appreciation were presented at KSÜ (Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University) to mark its 33rd anniversary.
As part of the 33rd anniversary of Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, a ceremony was held to present certificates of appreciation to academic and administrative staff who have completed 33 years of service at the university. The program, held in the Senate Hall of the Rectorate during the Senate meeting, saw certificates of appreciation given to staff members who have served the university for many years in recognition of their dedication and contributions.
At the ceremony held for staff who have served the university for over 33 years, the importance of institutional memory, stability, and dedication was emphasized. Thanks were extended to employees who have contributed to the institution for many years, and the crucial role of human resources in sustainable institutional development was highlighted.
Speaking at the ceremony, Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmut Ak stated that serving under the same institution's roof for 33 years requires a strong sense of belonging and a high level of responsibility. Prof. Dr. Ak said, “It is not easy to work and persevere in an institution for 33 years. It requires love, commitment, and sacrifice. Life is like that; so are professional life and friendships. Some of you have dedicated more than 33 years to our university. First of all, I would like to thank and congratulate all my colleagues for their contributions, efforts, and value to our university.”.
Emphasizing that universities are structures managed with collective intelligence, Prof. Dr. Ak continued his speech with the following words: “Universities are not institutions that one person can manage alone or lead to success alone. This is a team effort. An institution can only be managed together; success can only be achieved together. In this respect, your efforts, dedication, and commitment to your work are very important. You all have a hand and contribution in the success of our university.”.
The program concluded with the presentation of certificates of appreciation and a commemorative photo session.
